Using HIL tank with SS quick release buckle, you do not have to adjust. It is easy to use.
Assemble the tank band on cylinder.
Put the clamp onto the D-ring.
Pull the webbing tight, close the buckle.
No need to adjust it when you use it the next time.
If change to another size of cylinder, just do above steps again.
